Our UK wide network of chartered surveyors is supported by our research team who offer up-to-date knowledge of local and national property markets, and provide accurate, detailed reports that will help make fully informed property decisions. We pride ourselves on our ability to provide detailed reports on both single assets and portfolios of properties, often within tight timescales. We use complex discounted cashflow techniques, together with traditional valuation methods.

 

Our Expertise:

We offer valuations for all types of property including the mainstream asset classes of office, industrial, retail, retail warehousing and residential. The department also values development sites, in particular sites for large mixed use schemes. Our depth of knowledge in both the commercial and residential markets allows us to provide invaluable advice in this respect. Providing loan security advice to lenders is the mainstream of our business, and in 2012 we signed off in excess of £15bn of valuations in the UK.

We also undertake other specialist loan security advice in areas such as hotels, golf courses and social housing as well as providing valuations on behalf of corporate owner occupiers covering both the commercial and residential sectors in both UK and pan-European markets.

We utilise bespoke valuation models together with industry accepted valuation systems including Argus Capitalisation and Developer.

We work closely with our agency and investment teams, and Savills Research. We have significant database support both from external suppliers such as EGi & Focus, together with Internal databases, such that we can offer our clients an in-depth view of their particular markets.

We are able to offer valuation advice on a national and international basis. Our London based European team acts as an originator and co-ordinator for pan- European valuation work.
