- Carry out detailed technical appraisals of schemes, analysing design and quality, energy performance and related environmental issues
- Review procurement, advise on building contracts and on suitability, terms and conditions, retention and warranty
- Analyse ongoing costs against agreed budgets, carry out regular inspections, address shortcomings and report on progress, quality and workmanship.
