When we identify issues, we ensure these are addressed by the project team as early as possible.

Our approach to project and development monitoring is based on a complete understanding of the property development process and associated opportunities and risks. We liaise closely with the client to make sure their aims and objectives are met at all stages. Our objectives are to:

  • Evaluate project appraisals, cashflows and costs against approved budgets and review programming in relation to risks
  • Advise on the quality of project team appointments
  • Carry out detailed technical appraisals of schemes, analysing design and quality, energy performance and related environmental issues
  • Review procurement, advise on building contracts and on suitability, terms and conditions, retention and warranty
  • Analyse ongoing costs against agreed budgets, carry out regular inspections, address shortcomings and report on progress, quality and workmanship.
