Former City of London solicitor and now full-time independent mediator with a decade and a half of  complex and varied commercial mediations behind her.

Jane enjoys people and believes that they and their perceptions of what they value are the major factor in unlocking the issues that underlie conflict. Deadlock is a challenge of a positive character that Jane works to overcome by encouraging collaboration.
