The current rental income for the farm is £6,000 per annum (£10.22/acre), however a Section 12 rent review notice has been served on the tenants to review the rental income as from August 2010. The sporting rights are owned across the whole of the property and provide high quality pheasant shooting with reasonable numbers of grouse. The sporting rights are not included within the farm tenancy and are let on a separate sporting agreement which expires on 1st February 2011.
