TCS Holdings Ltd, represented by the Savills and Brassington Rowan, has let units 13, 29, 30, 41b, 41d, 44a and 80 at the Merrion Centre, Leeds to Internacionale, Grainger Games Ltd, Cardzone Ltd, Stitch Express, Shoetec, Mumtaz and BHF respectively.
All of the new occupiers have agreed leases between five and ten years on units that range in size from 165 sq ft (15 sq m) to 3,537 sq ft (328 sq m). The retailers will pay between £12,500 and £46,750 per annum.
Steve Henderson, Associate Director at Savills, comments: "These new lettings at the Merrion Centre underline its position as a strong retail destination in Leeds with continued demand from national, regional and local retailers. The new brands will be a great addition to the scheme and will further strengthen the already diverse tenant mix."
The centre is now 94% let with only six vacant units left with three of those under offer.
Internacionale was represented by CF Commercial, Grainger Games was represented by Property Complete, Cardzone was represented by Fisher Hargreaves Proctor, Jean-Claude De Gree, Mumtaz and BHF were all unrepresented.
The Merrion Centre features 800,000 sq ft (74, 322 sq m) of mixed use space including retail, offices, hotel and leisure accommodation.
