This resulted in a pre-let being secured to B&Q for a new Mini-Warehouse store of 41,810 sq ft in what is their smallest catchment location in Scotland.  A subsequent forward commitment sale of the investment was secured at a net initial yield of 5.22%.

Phase 2 proposals for the scheme are now being progressed to further capitalise on latent retail demand for the town.
