Royal London Asset Management, represented by Savills, has let Unit A2 at Longwater Retail Park, Norwich to Next Group Plc.
Trading as Next Home, the retailer has taken a store totalling 9,805 sq ft (911 sq m) on a 15-year lease. Next will pay an initial rent of £171,587.50 per annum..
Dominic Rodbourne, Director at Savills, comments: "Argos opened on the park last year, so we’re delighted to now add Next Home. They’re an exciting retail concept that will further enhance and compliment the existing retailer line-up and provide a new retail offer for the people of Norwich."
Other retailers on the park include Argos, Bennetts Electrical, Pets At Home, Raspberry Village, Staples, Norwich Lighting Centre, The Range and Pizza Hut, alongside a Sainsburys foodstore.
