Figures for 2009 reveal that Savills new homes teams throughout the country sold a staggering 90% more in the year compared to 2008. Whilst there is no magic recipe, there is no substitute for hard work, innovative marketing, sound pricing advice and the reach to buyers that the Savills brand brings.
Highlight of the year has been the storming performance of Brewery Square in Dorchester, Dorset. 85% of all released apartments comprising over 50 dwellings. Of these sales 85% were reserved and exchanged off plan at a time when commentators suggest the property market is dead, achieving this volume of off plan sales clearly demonstrates that this not the case!
