Michael specialises in party wall matters and is part of a wider team who advise clients regarding neighbourly matters. This includes: Rights of light, daylight ;& sunlight analysis, oversailing agreements, scaffold licenses, rights of way and access to neighbouring land.

Jonathan Lonergan

Associate

Jonathan is a Building Surveyor with specialist expertise in neighbourly matters. Jonathan advises on a wide range of neighbourly issues with a particular emphasis on rights of light and the planning matters of daylight and sunlight amenity.

Liam Dunford

Associate

Liam is an Associate within Building Consultancy where he joined to help establish the Neighbourly Matters Team. Liam undertakes a full range of neighbourly matters work but principally specialises in rights of light and daylight /sunlight analysis.
