We work closely with investors, whether they be institutions or private individuals to actively "asset manage" their retail property holdings, whether it be a shopping centre, shopping park, high street parade or a single unit shop.

This is an important element of our business, ensuring there are a good mix of retailers within our shopping centres / shopping parks with good covenants and trade well.

Ultimately, the aim is to improve the client's return on their investment through active asset management.
This requires in depth knowledge and awareness of retailers' changing spatial requirements, emerging retailers into the UK and the ability to negotiate, often in sensitive and "off market" situations.
