
We continue to advise CGI on this substantial retail funding transaction in West London, the largest ever funding transaction in the UK. The project will provide approximately 130,803 sq m (1,408,000 sq ft) of retail and leisure accommodation on a 45 acre site and involves substantial rail infrastructure improvements. CGI are 50% joint venture partners with Australian developer Westfield. We advise on funding, project monitoring, leasing and asset management.
