Victoria Square, Belfast

This 62,641 sq m (675,000 sq ft) shopping centre will become the prime retail destination within Belfast city centre. The scheme will be anchored by Belfast's only department store and is being developed by Multi Developments with completion due in Spring 2008. We are advising CGI on their 100% funding of the project and continue to monitor the leasing and technical progress on their behalf. The value on completion is likely to be in excess of £400 million.
