The Arcades, Ashton-Under-Lyne, Greater Manchester

We advised CGI on the purchase of this newly opened centre in 1996 as part of a larger european portfolio. The purchase price was approx £35 million, and involved various guarantees to give security to CGI until full letting was achieved. We advised CGI on the sale in 2005, achieving a price of £62 million.
