DIFA's first development funding transaction in London was agreed in February 1997. We advised the Fund on funding and letting matters. The landmark property was completed in early 1998 and provides 21,181 sq m (228,000 sq ft) of quality space now let to Rabobank and Royal Bank of Canada. Funding price was £99 million to reflect 7.88% net to the Fund. We advised DIFA on the sale in August 2004 where we achieved an off market sale price of £129 million to reflect 6.05%.
