We advised CGI on the acquisition of this 30,000 sq m regional shopping centre in Lombardy. The scheme opened in 1999 and the purchase contract allowed for the developer to both asset manage and share in the growth created up to maturity. Since purchase, we have advised CGI on a further 18,000 sq m extension, making it now the largest in Italy, as well as an adjoining 100 bedroom hotel pre-leased to Nh hoteles.
