This state of the art shopping centre was completed in 2005 to provide 31,586 sq m (340,000 sq ft) on a site just outside the city centre of Cork. We advised Deka in their development funding of the project with local developer O'Callaghan Properties, and monitored both construction and letting up to completion. We continue to asset manage. Total investment cost was £130 million to reflect a net yield of circa 6.5%.
