T he International Investment Team is a unique resource, acting for international investors in investment and development transactions in the UK and abroad.

The team, which was established in the early 1990's, has traditionally acted for a small number of clients providing a specialist all encompassing investment service. Our clients tend to be busy in many markets around the world. They trust us to invest and asset manage their funds in quality real estate. Our track record illustrates our ability to source investment product (often off market), negotiate and execute transactions, carry out due diligence and then asset manage properties through the years of their investment.

Since 1990, the team have concluded over 100 transactions with a total value of £11 billion (as at October 2006). Our 'client led' approach has taken the team across different markets and sectors, although our key areas of specialisation can be summarised as office, acquisition and disposals, as well as office and shopping centre development fundings.

Our approach is to offer an unusually full service, where we take responsibility for our clients’ investment in their assets from beginning to end. Following purchase, we will asset manage and always provide, or drive, additional services including property management, leasing, rent reviews and so on. Our long term commitment to our clients and their investment strategies means we are as much committed to making the right decision for their portfolio as they are.
