The Bishopsgate Tower, London EC2

We have advised DIFA on this scheme since its inception in 1997 and have recently secured planning consent for the tallest, biggest and best located of any proposed or existing towers in the City of London. The scheme is to provide circa 87,930 sq m (946,500 sq ft) of state of the art offices in podium and high rise accommodation with the highest office floor at level 53 (plus amenity space at level 60). The tower will be 288 m (945 ft) in height. We continue to advise DIFA in taking this project forward.
