Atlantic House is a stunning landmark office building designed by Rolfe Judd and completed to a top institutional specification in July 2001. It provides circa 23,400 sq m (250,000 sq ft) of office and ancillary accommodation and was pre-leased to Lovells as their global headquarters. We advised Deka on the purchase in May 2004 when they acquired the building off market from the Prudential for £113 million which reflected a net initial yield of approximately 6.6%.
