These two buildings are the smallest on the Paternoster Square estate. We advised CGI on the speculative funding of both assets, alongside developer City Office Developments. The buildings were completed to an award winning quality specification in 2004 to provide a total of 9,290 sq m (100,000 sq ft). The fund secured a priority funding return on cost of 7.5%.
