We advised DIFA on their second acquisition in London in November 1992. This 11,520 sq m (124,000 sq ft) prime located office building was constructed in 1991 by MEPC and is let to Bank of Tokyo. Acquisition price was £72.49 million to reflect a net yield of 8.65% net. DIFA have held ever since.
