James Morrison - Head of Sales
James has been in the residential property industry since 1993 and with Savills in Wimbledon since it opened in September 2000. His experience is in the residential sales market, although he also advised on the sale of residential and nursing homes prior to joining Savills. He specialises in the Wimbledon property market and also advises clients on their property interests and seeks to uncover development opportunities in and around Wimbledon.
Andrew Clements - Head of Lettings
Andrew started as a lettings negotiator in January 2001 in Putney and was promoted to a manager in April 2002 to start up the lettings department in an Earlsfield office. Since then he has always worked in south west London, managing offices in Clapham and Wimbledon. He joined Savills in April 2010 to run the Wimbledon lettings department.
Christine Frazer - Associate / Client Support
Christine originally joined Savills in 2000 and helped to set up the Wimbledon office, before transferring to the Savills Putney office in 2001 for a year, after which she left the company to move abroad until 2004 when she re-joined Savills. She has lived in the local area for 23 years and educated her 21 year-old daughter at Hall School Wimbledon. She is a Committee Member of the Wimbledon Village Business Association and a member of the King’s Club at Kings College School.
