Savills Weybridge

Weybridge and Walton on Thames lie to the northwest of Surrey on the south bank of the River Thames. They are attractive commuter towns offering a full range of properties from one bedroom flats, to Victorian villas and large mansion houses in private gated estates.

Weybridge is home to the famous St George's Hill Estate , an area of 900 acres which includes a championship golf course and private lawn tennis club, surrounded by some of the most exclusive houses in the UK. In Walton on Thames there are the leafy private estates of Burwood Park and Ashley Park.

Transport links are excellent in this area with the A3 and M25 giving access to London and the South. The mainline stations of Weybridge and Walton give direct access to London Waterloo in approximately 30 minutes.

Both Weybridge and Walton have vibrant, busy high streets with a range of both chain stores and individual boutiques plus a good choice of restaurants. Walton centre also has a covered shopping centre and supermarket.

The local area is served by an excellent selection of highly regarded state and private schools for all age ranges. There is also a huge choice of leisure facilities including open countryside and the River Thames, numerous golf courses, horse riding, clay shooting, health clubs, rugby/football clubs, crickets clubs and racing at both Kempton and Sandown.
