Jonathan Hewlett - Head of London Residential
Jonathan joined Savills in 1994 where he joined the House Department in Sloane Street. Prior to that worked for another agent for 8 years in Arlington Street, specialising in the sale of prime houses in central London and then latterly ran their Kensington Office. He became Head of office for Sloane Street in 1998 and then Head of The London Region (Residential) in 2007. He has specialised for over twenty eight years in the sale and purchase of major residential houses in Central London. Jonathan Hewlett has built up a reputation for sales of key houses in Central London. He has a database of top properties and people and his own market knowledge is second to none. He is a Director of REAP Ltd which publishes Fabric Magazine on behalf of its shareholders, a consortium of North London Estate Agencies.
Jane Ingram - National Head of Lettings
Jane has over 23 years' experience in residential lettings and joined Savills in 2005, having previously been head of lettings for another major estate agent. Jane’s experience includes acting for key individual clients as well as clients with large portfolios which include the Grosvenor Estate, the Wellcome Trust, Cadogan Estate, Phillimore Estate, Imperial College, London Metric, Sloane Stanley and Howard de Walden Estate. Expertise ranges from strategic advice, reporting on market conditions and rental values, refurbishment and presentation advice and creating bespoke marketing campaigns. Jane is a former President of ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents) and was made a fellow of RICS in 2012.
Richard Gutteridge - Head of Office
Richard joined Savills in 2010 and was appointed Head of Sloane Street in May 2013. He operates within the prime central London market primarily selling houses and is also responsible for the India Desk. Richard has in excess of 18 years’ experience advising on the sale and acquisition of prime central London property. He has acted for international Royal Families, institutional, corporate and overseas clients together with many familiar faces and household names.
Noel de Keyzer - Head of House Sales
Noel joined Savills in 1988 having previously worked for another estate agent for 6 years. He has lived in Kensington for over 25 years and worked in the Chelsea, Belgravia and Knightsbridge areas since the mid 1980s. He is a friend of the Chelsea & Westminster Hospital fund raising committee, a member of the Sloane Square Choral Society and is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts & the Royal Geographical Society.
Richard Dalton - Head of Flat Sales
Richard qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1991 and worked as a residential investment director at another agent before joining Savills in 2005. He has been working in the prime central London for 20 years and has excellent knowledge of the local area, specialising in Belgravia - particularly Eaton Sqaure.
