From our Sloane Street office Savills monopolises the agency market of Belgravia and reaches throughout Chelsea, Westminster, Knightsbridge and South Kensington.

We have an equally strong track record in house sales, flat sales and the lettings market.   The highest guide price we have achieved for a house is  circa  £60  million, for a flat  circa £25  million and £16,000 per week was achieved by our Lettings team.  

Located a few doors down from Sloane Square our office is  conveniently close to the delights of the King’s Road and in the heart of Sloane Street’s international reputation for designer fashion retail.  Only a short walk or bus or taxi ride to Knightsbridge, Hyde Park and Mayfair.
