What is Primrose Hill like?

Primrose Hill is located to the North of Regent’s Park and has fantastic views over London. Known for its many cafes, restaurants and pubs, Primrose Hill is a fashionable and exclusive neighbourhood.

Property in Primrose Hill and the surrounding areas

With its village like charm and a strong local community, Primrose Hill continues to be a popular location in which to live. From the pastel coloured Georgian family houses on Chalcot Square and Chalcot Crescent to the luxury modern apartments around Regents Canal, Primrose Hill provides a wide range of property to suit all lifestyles.

To the West sits St. John’s Wood which is characterised by tree-lined avenues with numerous Italianate villas, cottages ornés and neo-Gothic houses and to the South you will find Regent’s Park which boasts some of the finest residential property in London. With its colourful and mixed community, Camden Town, also to the South, offers an area bustling with energy. With the local bars, restaurants and the famous Camden Lock Market on your door step you’d never be far away from the action.

You will also find a fantastic selection of schools nearby, from the bilingual French schools to primary schools with outstanding Ofsted ratings and so the area remains attractive for families.

The Local Scene

The area boasts a wealth of independent and family run restaurants and boutiques and there’s no shortage of outside space to escape the chaos of Central London. Primrose Hill park offers one of the best views of London and Regent's Park, home to London Zoo, is a short walk away.
