Rural & Food & Farming Services
How we can help you?
Rural and Food & Farming
Our clients are deeply committed to life and business in the countryside. So are we.
In fact, Savills was founded as a rural surveying business over 150 years ago. We have succeeded because we identify with the lives and objectives of our clients. They know what they would like to achieve. Our role is to help them achieve it, however ambitious it might seem.
Covering the whole of Central England, the Oxford Rural team, together with the Banbury and Cheltenham offices, provides advice on all aspects of the Rural property sector.
From bare land to farms and large country estates, we act on behalf of clients in the sale and purchase of a variety of rural properties across central England. Savills has the largest market share in the UK farmland market, giving our clients a prime position in both the public and private markets through our knowledge and profile.
Food & Farming:
Using a holistic approach, we advise farming and rural businesses on all aspects of agriculture, including CAP reform, on-farm renewable energy opportunities, CFA’s, business re-structuring, diversification projects and practical farming advice.

We provide independent advice on how best to take advantage of current government incentive schemes including the Feed-in-Tariff and Renewable Heat Incentive.
