Chris Charlton - Head of Residential
Chris Charlton originally joined Savills in 1994 and has recently returned with direct responsibility for the Nottingham operation. Chris is a Chartered Surveyor living locally and deals with housing across the East Midlands, covering the high value areas around Nottingham itself, down into the Vale of Belvoir towards Grantham and beyond into North West Leicestershire. The office is also active covering all of the major villages within Nottinghamshire and to the West into Derbyshire, as well as up into the Peak District. Chris is a member of the RICS housing policy panel and spokesman for housing matters in the East Midlands, appearing many times on regional and, national TV and radio. He meets on a regular basis with the Bank of England regional representative along with other professional property advisors to discuss and debate the bank and Governments influence on property related matters covering Nottingham and the East Midlands in general. Chris has four children and is an active member of professional groups within Nottingham and Nottinghamshire and has in the past carried out Pro Bono work on a surveying advice panel. He is also a keen hill walker and skier, recently having taken up cycling as well.
Sally Bourne has over 22 years experience within Estate Agency starting her career working within high street agency. Sally joined Savills over 11 years ago as a Senior Negotiator. Her role makes her the first point of contact with our clients, where she introduces clients to our properties and services. One of Sally’s major skills is negotiating sales and managing them through to completion whilst ensuring our clients are kept fully informed through the process to completion. Sally’s years of experience and knowledge of the property market enable her to provide excellent customer service to our clients.
