Savills Mayfair & Marylebone

Savills has been trading in Mayfair since 1967, firstly in Mount Street before moving to Grosvenor Hill and Berkeley Square, where today our commercial property businesses are located. In April 2010 we opened a new residential office in North Audley Street from where Charles Lloyd and Edward Cooper run successful sales and lettings departments.

Our long term history in this prime area of central London ensures a key knowledge of Mayfair, with its grand mansions, beautiful mews and magnificent apartments. Exceptional buildings include Crew House on Curzon Street and Dudley House on Park Lane. In addition there are properties which have been used as offices since the last war, which are now being converted back into private residences.

Our geographical reach from this office stretches throughout St James’, Mayfair and Marylebone and we have an equally strong track record for sales and lettings in the area.

In recent years Mayfair has evolved dramatically with new restaurants and hotels, which has changed the retail mix of several prime Mayfair streets to create a vibrant atmosphere. Much of this has been driven by the Grosvenor Estate with whom Savills has a close and historic working relationship.

Russian Desk

Our Russian Desk in London provides an impeccable support, language and liaison facility for all Savills property services both in the UK and throughout our global network. Jennifer Foort is based in Mayfair and Moscow and provides a central point of contact for Russian clients working with Savills and is able to introduce them to Russian speaking third party services including lawyers, tax experts, accountants and educational consultants.
