Johnny Fuller - Head of Sales
Johnny started with Chesterfield estate agency in 1988 as a junior flat negotiator and worked his way through the ranks to become a member of the house sales department in the early 90s. Johnny specialised in the sale and acquisition of houses from Belgravia and Chelsea through to Kensington, Notting Hill and Holland Park and consequently, has one of the broadest geographical ranges of experience in the market. The takeover of Chesterfield by Savills led to him being given the opportunity to head up the Kensington office.
Kit joined Savills in 1988 after leaving the Army and has spent 22 years covering the Kensington area. He specialises in house sales and is passionate about the local area.
Thomas Holcroft - Head of Flats Sales
Thomas started his career with an estate agent in Kensington, specialising in the sale of property of all sizes before moving to another agent in Chelsea and Knightsbridge. Throughout his Savills career, Thomas has been involved in selling flats in W2, W8, W11, W14 and SW7 as well as gaining experience in the sales marketing and consultancy of high grade developments such as Observatory Gardens, Academy Gardens (aka The Phillimores), The Gate/Opal Apartments (aka The Corner) W2, Notting Hill Lofts (Ledbury Road, W11) and 18 Lansdowne Crescent. He was appointed Head of the Flat Department in September 2007, bringing his considerable knowledge and experience to this specialist top end market.
Stephen has over 15 years experience in the property industry and joined Savills in January 2006 after working for another estate agent in Chelsea, Marble Arch and Holland Park. He has been working in the Kensington area for 10 years and has a number of family friends in the area which he knows well from his childhood.
Louise Good - Head of Kensington Lettings
Louise started her lettings career in 1987 as a lettings negotiator in Connaught Street, W2. She then joined an agent in Chelsea in 1989, before becoming Assistant Manager in the Portland Road office where she dealt extensively with both Holland Park and Kensington properties. She returned to Chelsea in 1991 to help start up the short let department and then handed the short let business over and returned to the long let team and became Associate Director and then Director of the Head Office team. Louise joined Savills in summer 2013 to head up the lettings team in Kensington. She is married to James, has twin daughters and lives in South West London.
After twelve years running a clothing and textiles import company dealing with major retailers, which developed her client service focus, Sarah began her career in property in 2000 working in residential development. After 6 years buying, developing and selling residential properties, she worked in estate agency in 2006 in Fulham. Her broad experience in the property market, bought her to Savills in 2007 when the opportunity to join the Kensington team arose.
