Christopher Perks - Head of Office
Christopher joined Savills following its merger with Warmingtons in September 2014, where he set up the Hitchin office in 1990. Christopher is a past president of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers and has considerable experience in advising landowning and rural clients. As an agricultural arbitrator, he handles a wide variety of disputes.
Tom joined Savills in 2014 bringing a wealth of experience, having previously worked for a leading firm of national land agents advising major institutional clients including the Crown Estate. Tom has also worked for a firm of Leisure Business Consultants where he took a leading role in the creation of a mail order business for a well-known gunmaker and country clothing supplier.
John has been responsible for Savills Estate Management in the East for nearly five years. John has nearly 25 years experience in advising farmers and landowners, across East Anglia particularly in estate management for both private and institutional owners as well as planning and diversification.
Alex joined Savills in 2014. Having graduated from the Royal Agricultural College he became an Agribusiness Consultant where he advised farmers, investors and private clients on a range of farming and estate matters. Alex now works on consultancy and farm management projects based in Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire. He is also involved in developing international investment opportunities.
Nick works exclusively within Savills energy consultancy practice advising property owners and investors on a variety of generation projects, including wind, solar and heat schemes. With 8 years experience in the sector, expertise includes Option and Lease negotiations, feasibility studies, project management and grid connections.
Nick joined Savills as Head of the Harpenden office in 2011 and has over 20 years experience in residential sales. Nick works on a variety of property from apartments and town houses to country estates and farms. Nick enjoys the interesting opportunities and challenges the property market offers, he believes there is nothing more rewarding than achieving a successful sale for a seller.
