Savills Scottish infrastructure team brings together experts in planning, project delivery, compulsory purchase, energy and public sector under the umbrella of its UK Infrastructure Division. We undertake planning, land referencing, wayleaving, entry negotiation, project supervision, claims handling, acquisitions and disposals for a variety of significant clients in Scotland including Scottish Power, Scottish Water, Forestry Commission Scotland, Network Rail, Irish Gas and Total, together with renewables developers and utilities contractors.
Savills recognises the significant role that land assets play in the provision of major infrastructure schemes and provides the specialist input required to mitigate risks associated with this aspect of project delivery.
