Sarah Simmonds - Head of Office
Sarah Simmonds has worked exclusively in the Cranbrook and immediate residential property market for over 15 years and has an intimate knowledge of the local areas, schools and amenities. She has worked for Savills for over 10 years and has the responsibility for the Cranbrook office and covers the very popular Cranbrook School Catchment extending down to Rye. Sarah has a grown up family and lives locally.
Patrick Baily is a senior valuer in the Cranbrook Office and has been selling residential property for over 40 years, and has a wealth of experience and contacts in the area. Patrick has lived locally for 45 years and has a grown up family.
James Lloyd relocated from the Locksbottom office after 4 years in the area. He continues the Savills drive for repeat business with the formula of good sound marketing advice in what has been a difficult market and unrivalled customer care. James has a young family and lives locally.
Christopher has lived and worked in the Cranbrook area all his life starting his estate agency career in 1992 in Hawkhurst. His 23 years in the industry helps him to provide an intimate knowledge of the local area. As a member of the National Association of Estate Agents, Christopher previously worked as a manager at Jackson-Stops & Staff in Cranbrook for eight years. He's also a keen rugby and cricket enthusiast with links to local clubs.

Jade Carter joined the Cranbrook lettings team from Savills Sevenoaks office, where she worked for three years. Jade is ARLA-qualified and has nine years of experience in the property industry, having previously worked for Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward.
