Chester Estate Agents

Savills in the community

We are a team with varying sporting and charitable interests.  As an office this past year we’ve supported the Red Cross and the Cheshire Lady Taverners.  Pauline is a keen distance runner, having run the London Marathon for multiple sclerosis and numerous half marathons, including the Great North Run last year for Macmillan Nurses.  At Charlie’s behest, this year we are taking part in a sponsored sleep-out for the homeless in early December.

Charlie Kannreuther Savills

Charlie Kannreuther - Head of Office

Charlie started his career with Savills in Salisbury and after an interlude with another national company rejoined Savills to run the Chester office in 2012. He has over 20 years' experience in the local property market and considers himself to be extremely fortunate to have been involved in the sale of best in class properties across a wide range of styles and locations.

Pauline Kay Savills

Pauline Kay

When Charlie moved to Savills his team elected to join him.  Pauline has worked alongside Charlie for over 14 years, she  is a Chester resident and knows the local area well.  She has assisted Charlie on some important sales in the County and has a detailed knowledge of the finesse required to market and steer a sale at the upper level .  She works hard to maintain an excellent rapport with solicitors and surveyors, ensuring that once a sale is agreed it  progresses  smoothly, and, most importantly, expeditiously. Her mantra is “keep the dialogue open and always be enthusiastic”.  She is a keen supporter of the Chester Women in Business Forum and regularly attends the North Wales  Business  Briefs.

Ben Jones

Ben was brought up in Cheshire and his family have been involved in property development and interior design for many years.  Prior to joining Savills, Ben worked for a successful local agent and has developed a understanding of the local market. He is incredibly enthusiastic about our business and his input regarding how we face local completion has been invaluable.
