Our Retail Lease Consultancy team has substantial experience in dealing with large numbers of rent review and lease renewal transactions for a significant number of major retail occupiers, institutional investors and property companies across the UK. The team ensures instructions are dealt with efficiently and promptly, delivering the very best available strategic advice.

We aim to provide an aggressive rent review and lease renewal strategy, negotiating the most favourable deal possible, whilst at the same time pursuing and concluding transactions as swiftly as possible in order to minimise rent arrears and interest charges as much as possible.


Valuation

Our Valuation team in Bristol has extensive experience in development, commercial, residential and agricultural property valuations. Our clients include all major lenders, charities, national and local property companies, investors and private individuals.

We have a number of highly experienced practitioners who accept Expert Witness appointments. All  are part of Savills' expert witness panel, adhere to RICS guidelines and are exclusively made up of qualified, experienced surveyors or planners who have already given expert evidence or produced expert reports for legal proceedings. In the past we have provided reports and given oral evidence on matters ranging from planning enquiries to professional negligence and from matrimonial disputes to covenant modifications.

Captial Allowances

Our Capital Allowances department in Bristol forms part of the national capital allowances team, servicing the South West, South Wales and the Midlands.
