How do we work with our clients on property in Hertfordshire?

We have four dedicated teams within Hertfordshire, providing local expertise as well as giving you access to a wider market thanks to the Savills network. Our Harpenden office covers north Hertfordshire, focusing on a 15 mile radius of Harpenden itself including spots such as St Albans and Welwyn.

Hertford is covered by our Bishop's Stortford team who also cover some of the finest villages within a 20 mile radius of Bishop's Stortford, as well as towns such as Ware and Sawbridgeworth. Our Barnet office deals with property in the south east of Hertfordshire, including the areas of Essendon and Brickendon.

The south west of the county is covered by our Rickmansworth team with a patch including King's Langley and Chorleywood.

In addition, our specialist New Homes team markets a variety of new-build properties for sale in Hertfordshire, from two-bedroom town centre apartments ideal for professionals and investors through to six-bedroom family houses in the countryside.

What's it like to live in Hertfordshire?

Rich in history and culture, Hertfordshire has an appeal of its own but combined with its convenience for London, makes it one of the most attractive places to live in England. Beautiful towns such as St Albans and Bishop's Stortford offer a much gentler pace of life compared with London but also provide an easy commute, while Hertforshire is also dotted with a fantastic selection of villages featuring classic rural property.

The county has many attractions including Roman ruins, St Albans Cathedral and Berkhamstead Castle reflecting Hertfordshire's place in England's history. It also is ideal for nature lovers with plentiful countryside and the nature reserve at Therfield Heath.
