1. Closing date for receipt of entries is Friday 30th March 2007.
2. This competition is open to any UK resident aged 11 or under before 30.3.07 except for employees of Savills (L&P) Ltd hereinafter referred to as Savills and their families.
3. To enter the competition you will need to draw ‘your dream garden’ on the A4 entry form using paints, crayons or pencils.
4. The back of each entry must clearly show the entrant’s name, address (including postcode), telephone number, age, name of school and local Savills office.
5. Participants should post their entries to Savills Drawing Competition, The Coach House, 8a Fore Street Trowbridge BA14 8HD.
6.The entry deemed by an independent judge to have submitted the most imaginative and original drawing will be awarded at their choice either a garden hammock (with frame) or giant tumbling tower garden game. Savills will provide the winners school with a book voucher worth £250 for the school library. Savills will also donate £250 to a charity of the winner’s schools choice. Three runners up will receive creative products worth RRP £25. The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes with replacements of similar values.
7. One national winner selected from all participating offices will be awarded a maximum of 4 tickets to visit the RHS Chelsea Flower Show between 21st – 26th May 2007. The winner will also be awarded a voucher for £100 to spend in Hamley's toy store, London. The promoter reserves the right to change the ticket allocation. Presentation timings are at the discretion of the promoter. If the winner is unable to attend the RHS Chelsea Flower Show Savills is permitted to invite another local office winner in order that a presentation can be conducted. The national winner will still be sent a voucher for £100 via Royal Mail should they not be able to attend the prize giving.
8. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for entries lost, delayed or damaged in the post.
9. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. There will be no tie-breaker
10. Prize winners will be notified by 27th April 2007. Winners will receive their prizes within 28 working days of being notified.
11.Winners may be required to participate in publicity arising from this promotion. All entries remain the property of Savills.
12. Data protection. Correspondence entered into between the winners and Savills is purely in relation to this promotion.
