• Phased development of a new high quality care home to replace an older facility.
• Savills Healthcare provided valuation advice to the operator and his nominated funder in respect of  a number of different scenarios.
•   Savills Healthcare looked at alternative care scenarios and ran projections to allow for future business planning in what is an ever changing market.  Furthermore, the Savills residential team became involved in giving potential sales and valuation advice to the client regarding the closed down home.
• The completed development will comprise a 90 bed care home, with all single bedrooms with en suite wet room showers and substantial levels of dayspace.  The facility is unique in Scotland as it has advanced fire protection systems installed, including emergency evacuation lift, individual fire control zones, fire suppressing system and an intelligent fire detection alarm, acknowledging and exceeding the new legislation/best practice.
• The facility has been developed by, and will be operated by, Flemington Care Ltd.
