Demand & Demographic Analysis

• Savills Healthcare was instructed by a large corporate care operator to comment on demand, supply and demographic profile, for 15 sites throughout the United Kingdom.
• The brief was to provides analysis of existing facilities (assessing quality as well as quantity), review of proposed developments and to consider these in the context of the current catchment population (including its socio-economic and age profiles) and forecast population. This information is then considered  against the proposals for each site.
• By covering a large number of sites, we enabled the client to prioritise their development strategy.
• We tailored our service to the clients needs, creating a short bullet point summary report for each site, with catchment, maps showing the existing supply and profile statement of future demand against future supply.
