Planning & Development Advice

• The client, Southampton City Primary Care NHS Trust, instructed Savills to work with them and the Local Authority to prepare the aforementioned documents, then to prepare outline planning applications for the scheme. 
• The master plan included the area of land for the retained hospital, demonstrating that the future healthcare needs of the community were to be provided for.
• One of the principal aims of the project was to produce a housing development to maximise land value and using this to reinvest in the NHS through re-provision of clinical services which included refurbished facilities on site.
• The various aspirations and evolving requirements were explained through exhibitions and presentations.
