The Savills Leadership Programme is a 12 month training programme launched for the benefit of Commercial and L&P Directors. The aim is to provide our Directors with further leadership skills and knowledge allowing each to influence and develop their career at Savills. The programme is extremely successful with all those participating gaining full insight into the Company internal management structure, knowledge and ideas from market leading speakers and strengthening relationships with like-minded colleagues.
