What is your role?

I currently work as an HR Officer within the Commercial HR Department in London. Prior to this I worked for Savills Australia as an HR Officer for the National HR team based in Sydney which was my first job out of University. After three years I made the decision to travel and work overseas and was lucky enough to secure a position with Savills UK.

 

What are the greatest benefits of working at Savills?

I couldn’t have asked for a better start to my career as with Savills Australia. From the start I was involved in a variety of HR projects, travelled around Australia and given responsibility and ownership of my work which is the working environment that I thrive in.

 

Are there any specific projects or opportunities that you have been given?

Since having moved to Savills UK I have had the opportunity to be involved in the roll out of a new HR system, enjoyed the exposure to a new working environment and have gained, and been able to apply, knowledge of UK employment law.

 

Is there a particular reason you enjoy working for Savills?

One of the reasons I enjoy working for Savills is the flat structure to the organisation and the accessibility to key people this provides. Savills offers an environment that allows those who are driven to succeed and be rewarded.
