Administrator - Wrexham

Job Description:

Savills is seeking a new highly experienced Administrator to work within their clients office to assist with the daily processing and monitoring of existing and new property records. Experience using Microsoft Office is essential, whilst a working knowledge of SAP and Land Register systems is desirable, although not essential as training will be provided.

The successful applicant must be an effective communicator, skilled in providing high levels of customer service to our client and committed to providing high quality results.

Duties include, but are not limited to, general office administration, data inputting, conducting Land Registry searches, setting up of new accounts on systems and the searching of property using mapping systems.
