Scottish Residential Research Data Administrator - Glasgow

Job Description:

To join a leading property research team to support analysts with administration of a key database relating to new build developments across Scotland.

Good keyboard skills.

A good basic knowledge of Scotland’s geography.

High levels of concentration and precision.

An interest in the creation of robust datasets with an emphasis on the provision of accurate and validated data.

A professional approach to completing tasks.

An existing interest in the property sector, including planning and development, is advantageous but not essential.

A UK driving license and access to a car would be desirable but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

To input and administrate a property research database relating to new build developments across Scotland.

Monitoring of database sources, responsibility for timely collation, entry, verification and maintenance of accuracy of data

Candidate Profile:

  • Strong IT & Microsoft Office skills including Access, Excel, Word and PowerPoint. 
  • Good time management and the ability to prioritise tasks as well as good communication skills with both written and verbal.
  • A polite, friendly and patient phone manner.
  • Not afraid to ask questions.
  • Have excellent people skills.
  • Personal skills suited to working within a professional team environment.
