Sales and Lettings Assistants

Job Description:

We are looking for dynamic, people driven individuals across our Lettings and Sales offices to assist our teams in the running of the offices.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in one of the largest global providers of real estate services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To liaise with clients and applicants delivering exceptional customer service and client and applicant care throughout their journey.
  • Answer all incoming calls including if necessary colleagues calls when full time staff are unavailable, and aim to answer within three rings.
  • Meet and greet visitors to the office, ensuring that they are seated and directed to the correct person or department.
  • Efficiently deal with landlord and tenant queries and enquiries and ensure they are directed to the correct person/department and that their query is dealt with in full, to include responding to queries efficiently and in a professional and timely manner.
  • Make sure the office looks tidy at all times and that all handouts/property details are replenished.
  • Ensure the office is covered at all times by liaising with the other teams member regarding appointments.
  • To take responsibility for keys when in use and ensure their safe return to the office.
  • Register applicants (phone/walk in/online registrations) onto the system correctly. Call and email applicants to discuss their requirements and suggest suitable properties.
  • Arrange/organise viewings and pitches in a timely and courteous manner adding the viewings and property details and pitches through the system.
  • Carry out viewings, obtaining feedback from applicants to pass on to negotiators.
  • Run errands as required to assist in the smooth running of the office.
  • Comply with Savills Code of Conduct and Polices and work inline with all company procedures.

Candidate Profile:

  • An interest in property and knowledge of the area of the office you are asked to work in would be desirable.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Good organisational and prioritising ability.
  • Initiative and ability to work under pressure.
  • Team player.
  • Maintains a professional manner at all times.
  • Friendly, outgoing, cheerful and enthusiastic to do a high quality job at all times.
  • Presentable.
  • Confident in liaising both internally and externally.
  • Good working knowledge of standard Microsoft suite.
  • Car owner with full clean UK driving license is preferable but not essential in all assistant roles
