Rural Team Co-ordinator - Peterborough

Job Description:

Savills UK Limited are looking to recruit a Team Co-ordinator who will provide administrative support to the Rural team.

Key Responsibilities:

The team comprises 7 fee-earners (including Directors) and therefore the successful candidate will need to be organised and pro-active.  They will also need to maintain a high level of professionalism as the role will involve organising events and liaising with clients, tenants and contractors along with colleagues within the Savills network.  Other responsibilities will include proof reading and preparing documents, invoicing and maintaining both paper and electronic files. 

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will have previous team administrative/secretarial experience and the ability to work under pressure as part of a team and be self-motivated and willing to learn.

  • To be considered for the role you will have the following skills and attributes:
  • Have Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Strong communications skills (both written and verbal)
  • Excellent time management
  • Strong proof reading and excellent attention to detail and deadlines
  • Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships at all levels
  • Able to prioritise workload
  • Team player
