Receptionist - Kensington

Key Responsibilities:

  • Situated in the  reception area, meeting and greeting clients and introducing them to the appropriate person.
  • To provide an efficient and proactive administrative support service to the Sales and Lettings Team in Kensington.
  • Answer the telephone in a professional manner and redirect or take a message efficiently and accurately.
  • Organising the post
  • General office administration including filing, updating brochure displays, post, brochure mail outs and maintaining a tidy reception area.
  • Maintain all bookings for both boardrooms either with internal or external meetings
  • Manage and book all keys for both sales and lettings including the registering of new keys
  • Organising the Saturday Rota
  • Processing general office invoices
  • Updating all telephone records between Kensington and Notting Hill offices
  • Health and Safety officer for the Kensington office including First Aid and Fire Officer
  • Liaising with IT on any technical issues in the office
  • Overseeing all aspects of the 145 Kensington Church Street
