PA to Head of Customer Services & Compliance - 1 Church Road

Job Description:

To provide proactive and efficient PA and administration support to the directors in the Lettings Customer Service and Compliance team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive solutions to ensure teams run efficiently
  • Managing purchase invoices – coding/ checking accuracy coding and passing for payment
  • Preparing agendas and minute taking for meetings
  • Managing own diary effectively
  • Manage and action incoming emails as required
  • Produce accurate figures and documentation to deadlines
  • Produce high quality PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets as required
  • Organise monthly 121’s with team members and half yearly appraisals
  • Prepare performance stats and reports
  • Assisting in ad hoc projects
  • Assisting with licensing applications
  • Assisting with right to rent follow up checks
  • Organise monthly and quarterly LCS team meetings
  • Arrange meetings and book meeting rooms
  • Submitting expenses for Head of Region
  • Processing expenses
  • Manage situations confidentiality and using discretion at all times

Candidate Profile:

  • Able to deliver under pressure
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Confident communicator both written and spoken
  • Confident in liaising with all levels internally and externally
  • Flexibility
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Able to juggle multiple tasks with changing priorities
  • Excellent experience of using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint 
  • Knowledge of Radar, Reapit and Signature Sense if possible (this is not essential)
  • A team player but able to self motivate and work independently
