PA and Sales Administrator - Earls Court

Key Responsibilities:

  • PA to Head of Sales
  • Launching properties to the open market
  • Liaising directly with clients
  • Visiting new instructions to understand all marketing opportunities
  • Sending and answering to correspondence
  • Prepare new properties for marketing for sales & lettings including ordering photos, EPCs, floor plans
  • Liaise with the satellite office teams
  • Processing / approving office invoices including photography, leaflet distribution and advertising 
  • Preparing weekly sales lists
  • Running an effective key management system
  • Preparing all pitching material
  • Supporting the sales team in all aspects of the sales process
  • Diary management of the sales team
  • Post – sorting and franking daily
  • Office stationary – ensuring all items available at all times

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Well presented
  • Good IT skills – Microsoft Office and databases, RPS experience not essential but useful..
  • Excellent telephone manner

We are hoping to find someone that can work independently and use their own initiative to assist the sales team. The working environment can get very busy so it is imperative for the right candidate to have excellent organisational skills and be able to prioritise various different tasks.
