Office Receptionist - Nottingham

Job Description:

To provide efficient and proactive reception and administrative support to the Nottingham office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting clients: signing them in, providing refreshments and informing the relevant department
  • of their arrival
  • Taking office/departmental calls and redirecting/message taking as appropriate
  • Coordinating meeting room bookings
  • Ordering stationery and keeping stock levels in good order
  • Ordering staff refreshments (from caterers)
  • Liaising with contractors in respect of office lighting, cleanliness and catering requirements
  • Ordering client/staff lunches (for meetings)
  • Liaising with management team in respect of office issues
  • Compiling reports (copying/binding)
  • Photocopying, laminating and binding of documents
  • Opening and distribution of post
  • Maintain internal databases (Reapit and Dynamics) where appropriate
  • Create/open job numbers
  • Maintaining a high level of reception tidiness
